Rules
On investigations and meet’s you will be expected to conduct yourself in a professional manner and follow these rules,
- No drinking alcohol before an investigation (ok to drink on social meets)
- No drugs
- No one under the age of 16 years old (proof of age may be requested)
- Do not bring people with you that have not paid and do not have ticket for the investigation, they will be asked to leave
- On investigations do not wonder off by your selfs, Follow the plan for that nights investigation only
- If you need to go to the toilet go in pairs, do not go by yourself
- Everyone is required to bring a torch for health and safety
If you do not follow any of the above you will be asked to leave with no chance of a refund
Terms
By joining Bristol Ghost Club's forum or by coming on any investigations or meets you automatically agree to ALL our rules and terms.
- Bristol Ghost Club are not liable for loss or damage to any items you bring to a investigation or meet,
- Bristol Ghost Club are not liable for any injuries you may get during the investigation or meet.
- Bristol Ghost Club are not liable for any damage done at a location, If you break something at a location you replace it.
- Bristol Ghost Club film and sound-record all of our events. By booking to attend one of our invesitgations, you automatically agree to being filmed and also give consent for your image(s) and/or voice-recording being used on BGC's website, Youtube channel, Facebook page, GhostCast or anywhere BGC see's fit.
Payment Terms
- Bristol Ghost Club reserve the right to cancel any investigation or meet at any time and if you have paid you will get a refund except deposits (deposits are non-refundable)
- “Please note.. You will not get a refund if you do not turn up or cancel at the last minute.
- All tickets are individual to the person and can not be used more than once.
- ALSO.. If you turn up and have not paid you will be asked to leave as we do not have the funds to pay for others.
Remember please follow instructions given to you by the investigators in charge etc.. and above all have fun.
